I have been using it for a couple of years and I would not consider myself a master. It is a difficult program. If your company is investing in a couple of licenses you could try and convince them that it may be a good idea to get some training from gehry technologies or dassault. The expense of buying the program isnt really worth it if the end users cant operate it. Otherwise there are some brief tutorials available over torrent sites and on youtube.
