Sofa zaprojektowana tak by dostosowywac sie do roznych wymiarow ciala moglaby zostac nazwana “parametryczna”. W istotcie jest jednak wylacznie generatywna. Proces sklada sie z nastepujacych krokow: wybierasz ilosc osob z ktorymi chcesz siedziec na kanapie; nastepnie wybierasz ich obwod w pasie oraz wysokosc. Nastepnie przekroje siedziska zostaja wygenerowane przez skrypt. Nastepnie skrypt loftuje plaszczyzne miedzy przekrojami; ostatnim krokiem skryptu jest pokrycie plaszczyzny siatka z heksagonow.

Sofa designed to be adjustable for different body size might be called “parametric”. It is however generative only. The process steps are as follows: you have to choose the number of people you wish to “sit with” on the couch; then you have choose the circumference and the height of each person. Then the sections of the seating are generated by rhino script; next rhino script lofts them and covers them with a hexagonal structural mesh at the end.
